Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
• Event cancellation by Love Afrodeziak.
• In case of a scheduling conflict with the event date (please notify us at least 48 hours before the event).
• If there are any errors in ticket pricing or description.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please email us at loveafrodeziak@gmail.com with your name, event details, and reason for the refund request.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event date.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Items:
Processing fees and service charges are non-refundable.
Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Event Changes:
In case of any changes to the event date or venue, we will notify ticket holders via email.
